“Nancy Unsworth isn’t your cookie cutter MBA.” So begins a Poets & Quants profile of Unsworth, MBA 12 and member of America’s Most Innovative MBA team. Unsworth shares her background (coming to B-school from Sesame Workshop—Sesame Street—where she was vice-president of business planning); gives insight into the Berkeley-Haas student schedule (in a word, busy); and sums up Haas (tight-knit, innovative, rewarding).

“It’s giving me exposure to everything I wanted,” Unsworth tells Poets & Quants of her Haas experience. “There’s a big focus on leading through innovation, and using design strategically. They encourage cross-disciplinary thinking to lead business in a new way.” Read more of My Story: From Sesame Street to Berkeley.
